When will my payment be refunded?

Once your cancellation/refund request is approved, the order amount will be refunded to your account within 1-7 business days using the same payment method as you used.

Why is my refund made in installments?

The entire price of the product you purchased in installments is refunded to your credit card. Your bank will pay the refund back to your credit card in installments.

In case of a return, when will the refund amount be deposited into my account?

Your return request will be processed within 3 business days after the product is delivered to us. Following its approval, your order price will be refunded in accordance with the payment method you used to make your purchase.
